Dental secretaries
As a dental secretary at Blid, you are an important resource to ensure that our patients receive good help and have a positive experience at the dentist. You will work in a team with skilled dentists and dental secretaries. With increasing patient flow, we can offer an exciting, growing professional environment for those who are curious, eager to learn, and put the patient first. You will play a central role in the clinic in collaboration with the rest of the team.
We are looking for someone who:
- Is friendly and reliable
- Is eager to learn and wants to contribute positively in the workplace
- Takes initiative, is organized, and can work independently
- Prioritizes orderliness, service, and can manage in a sometimes hectic day
- Has an interest in dental care and patients

Qualifications:
- A healthcare-related education is a plus (preferably with authorization), but not a requirement. The most important thing is that you have a desire to learn and an interest in the role and tasks.
- Experience in the dental industry is desirable, but not required.
- Fluent in Norwegian, and able to communicate well both in writing and verbally. Good English skills are a plus!
Dental hygienist
We are always looking for skilled dental hygienists to join our team. We are looking for someone who is interested in working across various fields in close collaboration with dentists and other dental hygienists. As a dental hygienist, you will be a central part of the clinic's services and development, as well as participate in continuous professional and personal follow-up.
Qualifications:
- Norwegian authorization as a dental hygienist
- Work experience as a dental hygienist
- Good technical skills (e.g., records, imaging software, etc.)
- Thrives with broad responsibilities and a sometimes hectic workday
- Interested in exploring the full scope of the dental hygienist profession
- Service-oriented, puts the patient first
- Fluent in Norwegian, both written and spoken
Dentists
We are always looking for more dentists to work at Blid. We offer both permanent employment or work as a self-employed contractor. We are looking for dentists with broad clinical experience, a strong work ethic, and a professional commitment to dental health.
Qualifications:
- Norwegian authorization as a dentist
- Work experience as a dentist in Norway
- Interest in the operation and development of Norway's most modern dental care services
- Good technical skills
- High level of service
- Interest or experience with invisible braces and digital scanning
- Strong work ethic and thrives with broad responsibilities
